What We Offer

Biweekly Consultation

A supportive, inclusive working environment with 2-3 optional consultations monthly for our clinicians. In consultation, we seek professional support, as well as social and personal support to build strong connections among us.

Competitive Split

Currently we offer a 70/30 split, with the opportunity to move to 75/25 when certain hours and expertise are met. Inquire for more details!

CEU Reimbursement

At White Oak, we firmly believe in continuing education to provide the best growth and opportunities for our clients. It also facilitates reflective and moving experiences personally for our clinicians, which can foster further personal and professional growth!

We are looking for candidates who...

Hold an independent licensure in the state of Minnesota (LPCC, LICSW, or LMFT) and have training in a trauma-informed modality. We are not accepting applications from pre-licensed individuals at this time.
Are aligned with our mission and values, particularly around offering accessible care, engaging in active self-care and self-discovery, being committed to ongoing education and professional growth, and viewing therapy as a collaborative process.
Adhere to their licensure's code of ethics and the law.
