Hey, I'm Beth.

I'm a trauma therapist who works with people navigating complex trauma and PTSD, anxiety, depression, and addiction, and the lingering effects of a life lived in survival mode.

Many of the people I work with are intuitives, deep feelers, and spiritually open and curious. They tend to want to reconnect with their inner child or rediscover their voice and feel more like themselves.

I offer therapy that’s not about diagnosis - it’s about relationship: reconnecting with your body, your emotions, and the deeper parts of you that already know the way.

My approach is intuitive, compassionate, and somatically grounded. I weave together parts work, EMDR, somatically informed techniques, and presence-based care - but what truly guides our work is you and your own wisdom, even if you don’t know how to access it yet.

I don’t pretend to have all the answers, but I believe in your inner knowing. And I’ll sit beside you as you remember what’s been true all along.

I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC). I have been working in the field of mental health since 2016, and my experience includes crisis assessment and counseling, collaboration in an outpatient drug and alcohol treatment center, and working outpatient therapy.

I strongly believe in accessible, affordable, and inclusive mental health care. I value integrity and embody the practices I utilize in session. I am passionate about learning new techniques and acquiring more knowledge about all things therapy, human, earth, and emotions. I regularly have open conversations about the therapeutic process and respect my clients' needs and values so that they can get what they need to out of our sessions.

What Therapy With Me Is Like

I blend EMDR, IFS-informed work (parts work), and somatic techniques to connect with and understand my clients' symptoms, history, and values. Sometimes the work is slow and raw, sometimes we joke around, sometimes I challenge you, and other times we spend more time talking about relationships or other current stressors. No matter what though, my clients are the ones that lead the way.  My main goal is to understand you and your experiences. We go in the direction you need to go in.  We sit together in honesty, curiosity, and compassion to allow your inner knowing to be found. And that is how healing happens.

About Me

(I am indeed a human before a therapist)

I live with my husband, daughter, bonus son, and 2 kitties, and we love spending time near lakes and rivers. I’m currently learning the art of growing flowers, fruits, and veggies — and am always singing, dancing, or laughing when I can. My life and my work are both grounded in connection, nature, and curiosity.
